Darby is a fantastic ride and drive gelding. He is more athletic than your average gypsy, so if you are looking for a potential Driving Trial horse or a CDE horse, he is your boy! He's been shown in harness at two shows and received first place (out of 4) for pleasure driving and second place (out of 11) for reinsmanship. He is fun to drive. I prefer to compete with a pair, but if I were looking for a single, Darby would be it!
Darby is also a nice riding horse. He goes English or Western (he is just learning to neck rein). He does arena work, or goes out on the trails. He'd probably jump too, if I asked him. Darby has been my husbands horse but he hardly gets used and I know he would love to be someone's #1 boy.
He stands 15h, is very personable and a lovely mover. This boy is snappy! Great feather and comes complete with a handlebar mustache!

Yes, he has orange feathers because he plays hippo in the pond to eat the bottom weed....His feathers are now mostly white. Nothing like having a horse with orange legs right before a photo shoot!
