Hugo

This lovely colt foaled on May 31st, to Farli, our Watson Bred mare. His sire is Aislan of Lion King, son of the famous Lion King.

Hugo stands straight and correct, has good bone, a short back and is well marked. He has become very stout with great feathering for a 6 month old! With all those ink spots, we are assuming he is homozygous for tobiano.

He leads well, stands for the farrier, bathes on the wash rack and has been body clipped - just an all around good boy.

Hugo went to his first show in October and was just perfect! He loaded into the trailer like he'd done it all his life, stood for the judge and behaved himself in line (he was gentle and quiet, even though other colts were rearing up and creating a fuss - he just ignored them). He received third place and we are proud of him.
